"Falsehood does not spread except with a mixture of some Truth."

Ibn Taymiyyah [Majmoo Al-Fataawaa 35/190]

Shaikhul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah said,

“Falsehood (baatil) does not spread except with a mixture of some Truth (haqq), just as ahlul Kitaab mixed haqq with baatil; & by way of the little haqq they had, they misguided many from the truth & called them to a lot of falsehood".
