UMAYYAD GOVERNORS OF SINDH.

Silver Damma (weight 0.41 g). Minted by the Umayyad Amir ‘Amr bin Muhammad bin al-Qasim (734-743 c.). The son of the famous conqueror of Sindh (711 c.), Muhammad bin al-Qasim al-Thaqafi.

Obverse: la ilaha illa Allah.

Reverse: 'amr bin muhammad.
